Resumo:
Este é o segundo fim do Ocidente; primeiro Roma, agora a América. Gore Vidal já o tinha anunciado. Agora temos a certeza. O Ocidente que não se distanciou do passado e também não reconhece as raízes, não se ancorou ao futuro.
A riqueza gerada foi destruída como outras vezes no passado. A ganância, como pecado capital, também existe na 3.ª vaga, e com a inveja, são os seus pecados maiores. O Ocidente já não é dono de si. (Mário Chaves)

Abstract:
This is the second end of the West, the first one was Rome, now its America.
Gore Vidal had already warned us. And now we're sure. The West has not distanced itself from the past and doesn't recognize its roots, and hasn't anchored iteself to the future. The wealth that was generated was destroyed as in the past. Greed, as capital sin, also exists in the 3rd wave, as does envy, these are the biggest sins.
The West no longer master of itself.
